Welcome to EventDhara, an online marketplace connecting users with professional event service vendors including decorators, DJs, lighting experts, photographers, and more.

EventDhara acts solely as a platform facilitator. The execution, quality, and completion of services remain the responsibility of the respective vendors.

• User — Any individual browsing or booking services through EventDhara.

• Vendor — Any business or individual offering event-related services on the platform.

• Booking — Confirmation of a service arrangement between a user and vendor.

Users must access and use EventDhara lawfully and responsibly. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or harmful behavior may lead to suspension, permanent bans, or legal action.

• Provide accurate booking details and cooperate respectfully with vendors.

• Report complaints, disputes, or inappropriate behavior through official support channels.

Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our separate Refund Policy. While EventDhara may assist in dispute resolution, refunds for completed services are not guaranteed.

All branding, content, graphics, trademarks, and platform materials are owned or licensed by EventDhara. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

EventDhara shall not be responsible for vendor conduct, service failures, delays, damages, or any indirect losses arising from platform usage.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
